Two battery markets. Two different scorecards.

Ilika’s miniature and larger-format programmes need to be read on their own terms.

Different products, different tasks

Ilika describes Stereax as a miniature battery technology for uses including medical implants and industrial sensors. Its Goliath programme targets larger applications, including electric vehicles. The shared battery label does not make the markets interchangeable.

Read the business model

The company’s strategy describes intellectual-property licensing, manufacturing partners and pilot demonstrations. Read each announcement against the programme it concerns and the stage it describes. A pilot, partner agreement and commercial licence need not carry the same obligations or economics.

What would establish progress

Look for clearly identified technical milestones, partner responsibilities and financial disclosures. Avoid treating progress in one programme as proof of commercial outcomes in another. Ilika’s official AIM material identifies the ticker IKA; no live market data is shown here.
